Handcraft Bakery is the product of many years of culinary experience and a lifetime of passion. Owner and baker, Olivia Brewer, created Handcraft Bakery in order to share her enthusiasm for made-from-scratch cakes and pastries that taste just as unbelievable as they look.
Owner, Baker, and Decorator of Handcraft Bakery, Olivia has worked at many bakeries across the United States in every role possible. From customer service, to fondant artist, to wedding cake decorator, her job titles and experience have given her a well rounded perspective on what it takes to produce the best in pastry arts.
In addition to training in classic bakery settings across the US, Olivia worked as a sous chef/baker at an upscale lodge in Patagonia, Chile. Cooking in this remote region of the world allows Olivia a unique sense of resourcefulness in her kitchen. Eventually, Olivia settled in Denver, CO and began establishing her own pastry style. When not in the kitchen, Olivia enjoys biking and spending as much time in the mountains as possible.
