Seven Biscotti
I made my first batch of biscotti many years ago when I needed something quick to bring to a function. The recipe was handed down by my great aunts, who had been making “Anise Toast” for years and I loved it so much. I swapped out the anise for vanilla, added some other fun ingredients, and next thing you know they were an absolute hit.
I’ve been taking the original seven ingredient recipe and mixing it up ever since. I love coming up with new flavor combinations and will gladly work with you if you’re looking for something truly unique and special. My biscotti are made to order so you’re able to choose what flavors you want, whether or not you want nuts added, and if you prefer your biscotti crisp or on the softer side. I take the basic chocolate or vanilla base and add flavors like almond, raspberry cheesecake, lemon poppyseed, coconut, and of course anise (my favorite.) The possibilities are endless! My biscotti are yummy, made to order, and are imperfectly perfect.
