For over 20 years I have researched and experimented with essential oils and natural healing therapies. Upon graduating from college in 1999, I decided to attend the Rocky Mountain Center for Botanical Studies. There I studied Herbal Materia Medica, Anatomy, Physiology, nutrition, botany and became skilled in aromatherapy. After which, I did a yearlong internship at an herbal health clinic and began working with clients.
As my family grew, I focused on building an all-natural, herbal body care business. I welcomed the opportunity to create new products. This allowed me to ensure my children’s body care products had absolutely no synthetic ingredients!
I love to create herbal products! I love the ingenuity, the aromas and feeling the herbs with my hands. I love the feeling that I am part of a healing creation that will help someone else. I currently teach classes, sell in markets, and see herbal clients in two different office locations. I specialize in digestive, hormonal and sleep issues, fatigue, anxiety and more.
