For over 100 years this unique salsa has been a traditional condiment for Japanese-Americans living in Colorado. It was discovered that the green chile pepper, when properly prepared, had the same consistency of the seaweed used as a traditional condiment on rice and other Japanese foods. A century later it was discovered that it is delicious on everything.

When we set out to replicate the family recipe, we committed ourselves to incorporating the very best ingredients in our 21st Century version of Karami Japanese Salsa. There are no fillers, chemical preservatives, or genetically modified organisms in our product, which translates into an extremely clean, nuanced flavor profile that is consistent from the first spoonful to the last. However, the true "beauty" of our salsa comes out when you pair it with your favorite dish or hors d'oeuvres.
